We will look at your diet and any supplements, vitamins and edications you are now taking and I will help you sort through them so you are taking only what you really need and benefit you best, and I will include my weightloss meal plan around foods that you like, so you can stick with it! You do not have to starve, exercise or be hungy to lose weight.
